Andrew Roberts-Noted author, historian, and commentator

Dr Andrew Roberts took a first class honours degree in Modern History at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge, from where he is an honorary senior scholar and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). He has written or edited twelve books, including the seminal A History of the English-Speaking Peoples Since 1900, and a number of military histories such as Waterloo: The Battle for Modern Europe, Masters and Commanders, and The Storm of War. He is a noted Churchill scholar and appears regularly on television and radio around the world, including as NBC’s chief commentator for the 2011 wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
