SUMMARY:Virtual Drink & Draw February
DESCRIPTION:Cold days\, warm colors. Grab your colored pencils and draw images of the cold using warm tones. Join us for our virtual Drink & Draw events as our Artist In-Residence\, Yvette Pino\, leads you through a delightful drawing experience inspired by images from the Wisconsin Veterans Museum collection. So gather your supplies\, pour yourself a beverage\, and bring your artistic energy as we spend the evening together stretching our creative muscles.\nThis event is free of charge and open to anyone who registers. We will send you a link to join the event after you register. \nREGISTER HERE \nDrink & Draw events are a longstanding tradition in the art community where people gather to draw in a welcoming environment without inhibitions. Although the events often coincide with happy-hour style programming\, there is no requirement or emphasis on alcoholic consumption. Some of the best attended Drink & Draws are dry and we are just fine with that. If you or a loved one is a veteran struggling with alcohol or drug abuse\, please reach out to your local VA or the Veterans Crisis hotline. \nProgram funding made possible by the Wisconsin Veterans Museum Foundation through the generous support of Generac Power Systems. \n \n  \n
