He will present the historical context for the WWI Christmas Truce. With shared stories and images from the museum collection complemented by news articles from the period\, attendees will gain context to appreciate the performance more deeply. \nAs described by the Overture Center for the Arts\, “The Western Front\, Christmas\, 1914. Out of the violence- a silence\, then a song. A German soldier steps into ‘No Man’s Land’ singing Stille Nacht.
