Compassion Under Fire: Stories of Combat Medics

The Compassion Under Fire banner exhibit highlights 15 Wisconsinites who risked their lives to deliver medical treatment to their comrades. From WW II to recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, these combat medics served their country by tending to their comrades. Oftentimes working in harsh and dangerous conditions, our brave men and women consistently responded with life-saving medical intervention. This display consists of 15 retractable banners that need approximately 52 running feet of floor space.
