    For the 26th year, the Wisconsin Veterans Museum presents its renowned Talking Spirits Cemetery Tours at historic Forest Hill Cemetery in Madison. "Talking Spirits Cemetery Tours: From Soldiers to Civil Servants" will bring viewers into Wisconsin's journey through the Civil War and beyond. These tours will feature four vignettes along the route, as historical actors portray significant Wisconsinites before, during, and after the Civil War, tracing the long history of suffrage and civic responsibility in Wisconsin. Join us for this annual tour. EVENT SOLD OUT, SORRY Candlelit Tours Saturday, October 12 beginning at 5pm; last tour leaves at 8pm. Daytime Tours Sunday, October 13 beginning at noon. Last tour leaves at 4pm. Tours last approximately 90 minutes. These are walking tours, dress appropriately.

    Daylight Cemetery Tours at Forest Hill Cemetery Tours leave every 20 minutes between the Noon and 4pm On March 29, 1973, the last American combat troops were withdrawn from Vietnam and Wisconsin was there in more ways than one. Join the Wisconsin Veterans Museum for their annual Talking Spirits: Forest Hill Cemetery Tours, now celebrating its 25th year, to see, hear, and experience how the Vietnam War changed the lives of thousands of Wisconsinites for decades to come. These tours will feature four vignettes along the tour route, as historical actors portray veterans’ experiences in Vietnam, as well as the policymakers who brought the war to conclusion, and the important mission of bringing our MIA’s home.
