Please join us for our quarterly Mess Night dinner series with guest speaker Dr. John C. McManus. Dr. McManus is a professor of U.S. Military History at Missouri University of Science and Technology. He will be speaking about his latest work, To the End of the Earth: The U.S. Army and the Downfall of Japan, 1945, which looks at the closing stages of WWII in the Pacific and the American leaders who faced Japan’s unconditional surrender and lengthy occupation.

Each MESS NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM features a guest speaker, topic, dinner, drinks, and time to socialize before and after the talk. Registration will be required before the event. Join us as we transform this historic naval tradition into our own. This event is suitable for all ages.
