Gather your supplies, pour yourself a beverage, and bring your artistic energy as we spend the evening together stretching our creative muscles. We will be returning to the basics using simple shapes and introductory perspective instruction while we look at images from military basic training. This event is free of charge and open to anyone who registers. Drink & Draw events are a longstanding tradition in the art community where people gather to draw in a welcoming environment without inhibitions. Although the events often coincide with happy-hour style programming, there is no requirement or emphasis on alcoholic consumption. Some of the best attended Drink & Draws are dry and we are just fine with that.
